To expedite the application process we have created an online application. In order to process your application, you will need to pay the application fees and the hold fee and submit your completed application. Contact our leasing office at (860) 449-9999 with any questions.

Application Requirements

All occupants over the age of 18 have to fill out an application.
  • Proof of income is required. (3 most recent paystubs W-2 only will be accepted). Landlord may request the previous year's tax returns.
  • Non refundable application fee of $25.00
  • NO DOGS, Cats allowed for a $25.00 pet rent/month
  • Parking: Outdoor parking is available at no additional cost
  • Tenants pay Electric, Cable, Telephone and Internet. Cold water, sewer, and trash removal included.

Easy Online Payment

A PayPal account is not required to pay your application or rental hold fees. PayPal can process your credit card payment with or without a PayPal account. Begin by clicking on your selection below.

Important Application Information

  • There is a $25.00 non-refundable application fee, per applicant.
  • There is a $100.00 fee to hold an apartment home. A specific apartment can be held for up to two weeks. The hold fee is refundable up to 72 hours after your application has been approved. The hold fee monies are applied towards your first month's rent.
  • All pets require a pet rent of $25.00 per pet, per month.
  • Security deposits range from $500.00 to two full months rent. Approval is based on rental history, employment history and credit history. The security deposit is due at the time of move in.
  • Employment history and income are verified with your two most recent pay stubs. If you do not have pay stubs available, a document containing your signature authorization can be sent to Human Resources of your employer to obtain the necessary information.
  • Rental history is verified by your signature authorization being forwarded to your current and/or prior landlord to verify residency history.
